The INGNR platforms are designed to serve as operational workspaces, virtual real estate, and digital guides for real-world application. You agree to use these tools for their intended structural and professional purposes. Any abuse of the spatial interactivity or 3D environments will result in termination of access.
All architecture, conceptual models, and the underlying codebase—including our utilization of clean JavaScript, Node.js, and A-Frame components for virtual rendering—remain the exclusive property of INGNR. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, or redistribute our core systems.
While INGNR sets firm bounds and structural safety panels to allow for exploration, we are not liable for real-world consequences resulting from your use of the ecosystem. The digital guidance provided by platforms like Life Interchange is utilized at your own discretion and risk.
In alignment with our core philosophy of reducing hyper-automation and bloated infrastructure, we practice strict data minimalism. We do not harvest unnecessary personal information. When utilizing our database-less and stateless logic architectures, your data remains as localized and private as technologically feasible.
Information collected is strictly utilized to maintain the functionality of your spatial environments, render personal spaces, and optimize rapid client-side execution. Your interactions across our independent domains are used solely to improve the direct operational utility of the tools you use.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Our ecosystem is built to put the user back in the driver's seat, which inherently prohibits leveraging your digital identity or operational data as a product.
You maintain the right to request the deletion of any data tied to your presence within The Innovative Tree, Occupation Desk, or any other INGNR pillar. Given our stateless design approach, disconnecting from the ecosystem leaves minimal to no trace.
